IT Services Sales Executive – Scottsdale

The DYME Group is searching for an IT Sales Manager for a permanent position in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Sales Manager with experience in the staffing and consulting arena to utilize their skills within a growing organization.

We specialize in providing professional services including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementations & Optimizations, Professional Project Management, and Business Process Redesign. Position Responsibilities:
Has the ability to indentify, qualify, negotiate, and finalize IT consulting and staffing sales pursuits.
- Can manage an aggressive sales quota in a highly competitive environment.
- Has the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team of sales and support employees.
- Leads a team in protecting existing customer account/revenue base and attaining revenue growth, quality and expense targets.
- Supports in the successful development and execution of market.
- Negotiate objectives based on account and market analysis, quantified business conditions, and application opportunities.
- Assists others in thinking creatively and developing new ideas that will directly lead to increased market share.
- Keeps abreast of information and product developments.
- Creates and maintains a good team spirit.
- Discusses financial and business impacts of proposed services with current and potential customers.
- Work with Partner Sales Representatives to develop long-term viable relationships
Qualifications: Requirements / Experience:
- 3+ years in IT consulting or staffing services.
- 3-5 years experience as Sales Manager (supervisory position).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
- Outstanding presentation development and delivery skills
- Southwest based market familiarity/rolodex a plus
Additional Qualifications: Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Experience with national sales accounts with an emphasis on strategic or relationship selling.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Applications Oracle Middleware, Oracle Identity and other Oracle products.
- Knowledge of Oracle Licensing
