Our Project Methodology

The DYME Groups uses its BluePrint Methodology to help our clients manage large, complex Enterprise Projects.   Our Methodology consists of 5 Project Phases each with common threads.


INITIATE

The DYME Group finds it extremely important to build project foundations in which the plan and its objectives can be measured and managed. Projects are initiated with these goals in mind enabling the designated project team to stay on course. Defining business objectives and the transformation strategy are done during this phase and a "road map" is created to guide the team throughout the life cycle of the project and serves as a measurement tool for progress and performance. Other activities in this phase include project risk assessment, organizational structure and resource plan classification, and development of communication plans.

ASSESS

Once a foundation for the project has been set, The DYME Group works with client's management team to deliver a high-level business vision. This vision is designed to serve as a launch-pad in executing performance improvement objectives for implementation. Workshops are held to assist in understanding the "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes and how those translate into business requirements. The DYME Group team will identify process gaps and develop strategy and execution plans to eliminate the inconsistencies and their associated risks. These activities include definition of business vision, refinement of implementation strategy, and training objective definitions.

DESIGN

Understanding best business practices is a key step in defining new business processes to meet a client's objectives. During the Design Phase, The DYME Group is able to isolate gaps identified in the Assess Phase and turn them into tangible actions items. DYME Group team will work together with a client's team to define and document the new business requirements and how they will directly and indirectly impact the organization. The project team will build a basis of measurable items by which the new processes can be measured to ensure the process improvement is achieved.

IMPLEMENT

At the DYME Group, we find it extremely important to build a project foundation by which the project and its objectives can be managed and measured. During this phase, we work with you to define the business objectives and the transformation strategy for the project. We develop a project plan or "road map" to guide the team throughout the life cycle of the project and serves as a baseline against which progress and performance can be measured. Other activities include assessing project risk. Defining the organization structure and resource plan, and developing the communication plan.

MENTORING

The DYME Group only views a project as successful when the goals and vision of the project can continually be sustained. This process will not only help clients put together a plan to ensure sustainability, it will serve as a mentor for continued success. The DYME Group is hands on with clients and continually monitors success and makes adjustments if necessary.
