The DYME Group utilizes a proven three stage methodology for our staffing services that focuses on a quality fit between our clients and the candidates.  The goal of this process is to provide a match that is beneficial on both sides while reducing inefficient efforts to fill the client’s needs.

 

 

 

 

 

Evaluation Stage

Initial Screening.  During this process, one of our resource specialists will determine the exact needs of the client and then evaluate potential candidates’ skills that have proven track records of success.   Two criteria that is a must for any candidate that we supply is knowledge of the service and responsibility to the client.  Our searches can include:

  • Resume searches in both our internal database, as well as a vast supply of external resources.
  • Advertising through multiple media channels.
  • Our interactive website.
  • Multiple professional trade organizations.

Interviewing.  The DYME Group emphasizes the importance of a quality interview process. We have a proven interview process that allows us to truly determine if the candidate is proven in their selected field and contains the integrity and responsibility that we require for our clients.  One of our experienced recruiters, with years of interviewing experience, will make the determination if the person will continue in the evaluation process.     Since each of our recruiters are extremely knowledgeable about each of the services that we provide, they are able to rapidly access whether the candidate will continue or eliminate the candidate from the search.

Diligence Stage

Background Checks, Reference Checks and Testing.   All DYME Group candidates are carefully researched before ever being considered as a quality match for our clients.  We use a nationally recognized 3rd party firm to conduct background checks, as well as employment and education verification.  If this step is completed and we feel that the candidate is of the highest caliber, a peer and reference check is conducted by one of our experienced recruiters.  At this point, if all criteria are met, the client will proceed to our internal assessment program.

Internal Assessment Program.  We at the DYME Group understand that clients have different levels of expectations when it comes to the final product delivered.  We hold our candidates to only the highest of those standards.   Therefore, before any selection is made, a thorough inspection of work experience and products is done by one of our in-house specialists.  This may include, but not limited to:

  • Complete portfolio evaluation.
  • Demonstration of products or services.
  • Goals, salary, and scope of work expectations briefing.
  • Corporate culture evaluation.

Delivery Stage

Candidate Short List Delivery.  Once each candidate is thoroughly evaluated and completed our screening process, the qualified resumes and the DYME Group candidate assessment profile is sent to our clients.  This assessment can include interview notes, testing results, background checks and references, candidate goals and expectations, job history and technical skills.  The resource specialist who was involved throughout the entire process will be available for our client’s questions or concerns and provide all details of relevant information.

Candidate Selection and Employment Offer.  The DYME Group spends a great deal of time during the hiring process to ensure that the delivery of candidates to the client is only of the highest value.   We take a partnership approach to finding benefits and advantages of the candidate for the client.  At this final point in the process, the client will have quality candidates to select from, the information needed to make that selection, and the confidence to know that the Dyme Group did the due diligence in providing only the best and most qualified resources.
