The DYME Group’s Temp-to-Hire program utilizes our proprietary PrecisionProcess and takes the best of direct hire staffing and temporary staffing and blends them together to give companies the ability to adapt.  The temp to hire program allows companies who are unsure whether a short or long term employee is needed.

Many growing companies take this flexible approach when filling their direct hire positions.  Applicants are recruited and screened to the companys  specific specifications.   After the DYME Group’s extensive evaluation process, the client is presented with qualified and responsible candidates to choose from.  Once the selection is made, the candidate is placed on a temporary evaluation period.   During this period, the client can determine the candidates ability without making the full commitment.  There is no direct hire position guaranteed to the candidate.   If the candidate does not meet the expectations of the client, a replacement will be sent.  If a replacement is needed, the DYME Group will honor the turnover period from the original start date.  Once this turnover period is complete, the candidate is available for direct hire with no further charge to the client.

The Temp-To-Hire program allows companies the flexibility of finding the right employee without much of the risk that is associated with initial hiring process.  It allows the client to evaluate the services and determine if the candidate processes the skills needed, as well as a good fit with the companies culture.
