Our Implementation Process

Project Management Methodology

With a combined total of 60 years of experience our Project Management team has put together a comprehensive project methodology to support most large IT Implementations. It consists of five project phases.

Initiate

We find it extremely important to build a project foundation in which the plan and its objectives can be measured and managed. Projects are initiated with these goals in mind enabling the designated project team to stay on course. Defining business objectives and the transformation strategy are done during this phase and a "road map" is created to guide the team throughout the life cycle of the project and serves as a measurement tool for progress and performance.



Access

Once a foundation for the project has been set, we work with client's management team to deliver a high-level business vision. This vision is designed to serve as a launch-pad in executing performance improvement objectives for implementation. Workshops are held to assist in understanding the"As-Is" and "To-Be" processes and how those translate into business requirements. Our team will identify process gaps and develop strategy and execution plans to eliminate the inconsistencies and their associated risks.



Design

Understanding best business practices is a key step in defining new business processes to meet a client's objectives. During the design phase our consultants are able to isolate gaps identified in the Assess Phase and turn them into tangible actions items. Our teams will work together to define and document the new business requirements and how they will directly and indirectly impact the organization.



Implement

The key to any successful project is taking an organization vision and design and executing it to meet the defined and desirable outcome. We pride ourselves on our ability to properly execute and launch your vision. We work carefully with your team to validate and implement the new business processes focusing on all business elements including process controls, technology, and change management. During this phase we ensure everyone within your organization has been adequately communicated to and trained.



We only view a project as successful when the goals and vision of the project can continually be sustained. This process will not only help clients put together a plan to ensure sustainability, it will serve as a mentor for continued success. We are hands on with clients and continually monitors success and makes adjustments if necessary.
